  • (also France) I think you have to warn only if the recording is going to be share to other people (like hotline are recording to review it later, probably to check on the employee)

    I think you can record anythingwithout notice, but you can’t publish it, or share it with somebody else

    A lawyer told me that recording conversation with your employer is legal, even unannounced, so I guess the same apply here. And it’s usable in court (so you can share it with your legal team)
